We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number, profile photo), data about how you use our platform (search queries, bookings, messages), technical data (IP address, device type, browser), and payment information processed securely by our certified payment provider.

We use your data to operate the platform and process bookings, send booking confirmations and important notifications, improve our services through aggregated analytics, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and send marketing communications (only with your consent).

We share necessary information between hosts and guests to facilitate bookings (e.g., name and contact details after confirmation). We work with trusted third-party providers (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
